After more than a decade of successfully serving international customers through partnerships with trading companies, we took a major step forward in 2016. On June 3rd of that year, we officially registered and launched our own dedicated international sales company -- Shaanxi Brilliant Machinery Co., Ltd., based in the historic city of Xi'an.

This move wasn't just about expanding our business -- it was about building closer, more direct relationships with our customers worldwide. By setting up our own sales office, we gained full control over the way we communicate, quote, support, and deliver to our international clients. We could finally respond faster, offer more customized solutions, and truly represent the strengths of our manufacturing capabilities with the professionalism and flexibility global customers expect.

Choosing Xi'an as the home of our international office was no coincidence. As the capital of Shaanxi Province in central China, Xi’an is not only geographically strategic but also culturally rich. It’s one of the most ancient cities in China, having served as the capital for some of the most significant dynasties in Chinese history -- including the Western Zhou, Qin, Western Han, Sui, and Tang. Many visitors know it as the starting point of the legendary Silk Road and the resting place of the Terracotta Army, one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of the 20th century.

But Xi'an isn’t just about ancient wonders. In recent decades, the city has transformed into a thriving modern hub for education, R&D, Aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. Thanks to China’s Western Development strategy, Xi’an has received increased investment and policy support, becoming a key innovation and industrial center in the country’s northwest region.
